These terms of use governs your purchases from, and your use of, the wilmalouise.com website and forms a contract between you and Wilma Cotton AB, Swedish company registration number 559125-3793, Hustegavägen 1, 181 90 Lidingö, Sweden (hereinafter “Wilma & Louise” or "we").

By making a purchase from, and using, this website you have agreed to these terms of use. Please make sure that you have read and understood these terms of use when using our site.

Orders

To purchase from us you need to be above the legal age in your country, and under all circumstances over 18 years old.

Orders placed in another persons name without the persons consent will be reported to the authorities.

We reserve the right to correct prices on all orders including finalized purchases. If a price is incorrect Wilma & Louise can cancel the purchase and refund the payments. This can be done at any time.

Confirmation

Once we have received your order we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order to get information about delays and other important events regarding your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as guarantee of proof of purchase.

The confirmation you will find your order number that have to use when contacting us so that we can identify your order.

 

Shipping

Free shipping is applied to orders over a certain amount that depends on the shipping address. If a shipping fee will be added to your order it will be shown during the check out.

Delivery

Products in stock will typically be shipped from us within two business days. Shipping times will vary depending the shipping address.

You will get a text message, email or other forms of notice from the shipment company when the shipment arrives.

Sold out products

Typically products that are available for purchase are in stock.

In the event of a incorrect stock balance that means we cannot deliver your order within a reasonable amount of time, we will contact you as soon as possible and you can then cancel your order and get a refund.

If we stop selling a product, Wilma & Louise have the right to cancel the order and make a refund.

Payment

You can pay with bank- or credit card. Your payment is handled by Stripe with secure encryption and strict standards. Your card details are sent directly to Stripe and cannot be accessed by Wilma & Louise.

Prices

All prices on the website are including VAT, in accordance with the applicable legislation. In case an order will be shipped to a delivery address outside the EU, please note that the VAT is removed at the checkout or earlier depending on which country the product will be delivered to.

Please note that in case of an order is shipped to an delivery address outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are collected when the shipment reaches your delivery address. You will be responsible for payment of such import duties and taxes. It should be noted that Wilma & Louise has no control over these charges and, since these charges are different for different countries, Wilma & Louise cannot predict their amount. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns

We hope your are happy with your purchase from Wilma & Louise, but of course we offer you the right to return your purchase within 14 days. This only applies to unused products in the original packaging.

If you want to use this right you must inform us about this by doing a registration using the return form on our website.

If you return your purchase the payment will be refunded without unnecessary delay. We are though allowed to withhold the refund until we have received the product from you. We will refund the payment using the same payment type that you used for the original purchase. 

You must return the product to us on the address listed below without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances at the latest 10 days after you have informed us about the return.

Be careful to package the product so that it is not damaged during transport. You are responsible for the condition of the product until it arrives in our warehouse.

If the product is used or damaged when it arrives to us, we will deduct an amount from the refund.

The shipping costs for returning items are payed by you.

We recommend that you send the return using a traceable shipping method since it's you that are responsible for the product until it is received by Wilma & Louise.

It's important that you clearly mark your return with your order number, otherwise we cannot connect the products to an order and hence not refund the payment.

Complaints

If we have delivered a product that is not matching your order is is damaged we ask you to contact us as soon as possible to help you solve the problem. Send an email to hello@wilmalouise.com and describe the problem.

If we cannot solve the problem you can of course send us the product back end get a new from us. During this complaint process you must follow the instruction provided by us and according to what is stated below.

We accept complaints on products that are defective according to current legislation.

If you want to raise a complaint due to a defective product you must contact us as soon as possible after discovering the defect. Complaints raised within two months of discovery is always determined to be in time.

Wilma & Louise will of course pay for the return shipment for approved complaints, this only applies if you use the return shipping label that we provide.

Even if a product is defective it must be handled carefully and packages as if it was in perfect condition.

When a defective product has been return and the complaint has been approved Wilma & Louise will compensate you according to current legislation.
Wilma & Louise policy is that this should happen within 30 days from the date when we received the defective product.

Wilma & Louise reserves the right to reject a complaint if the product is not defective according to current legislation.

When processing complaints Wilma & Louise follows guidelines from the Swedish Consumer Agency or similar entities in other european countries, Oneline Dispute Resolution 

Neglected deliveries

The shipment will be held at the delivery location for 14 days before it will be returned to us. Wilma & Louise will charge a fee of €30 for shipments that are not picked up to cover our handling costs.

If you neglect to pick up your shipment it's not covered by you right to return the shipment.

If you changed your mind after the shipment has been sent from our warehouse, you must receive the shipment and then do a return.

Privacy

Your privacy and protection of your personal information is important for Wilma & Louise. Read more about this in our Privacy policy.

Copyright

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyright, on the website and in the material published on it are owned by Wilma & Louise or its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of the site or its content, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of Wilma & Louise.

Reservations

We reserve the right to correct errors on the website and the right to change pricing without any previous notification. We cannot be held liable for price adjustments, stock outages, incorrect stock balances, technical problems, changes in technical specifications and typographical errors on our website and advertisements. We reserve the right to cancel incorrect orders.

Provision of invalidity

If a court or other competent body determines that any provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect, nullify or impede the execution of any other provisions of the Terms. Application of the provision shall be enforced to the extent that the law allows as close as possible to the intent under these conditions.

Force majeure

Delay due to circumstances beyond Wilma & Louise's control and as Wilma & Louise could not reasonably be expected to have included, such as general labor disputes, lightning strikes, fire, war, terrorist attacks, changed government regulations or other public regulations, network operator errors, general shortage of transport, goods, communications or energy or other similar circumstances as well as delay or failure of subcontractor / consultant services due to circumstances specified herein, Wilma & Louise is not responsible for. Such circumstances shall constitute an exemption for Wilma & Louise which implies the transfer of the date of performance and exemption from liability or other sanction. If Wilma & Louise is unable to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances stated above, Wilma & Louise will inform the customer about this and state the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure. Wilma & Louise will also inform the customer when the circumstances that constitute Force Majeure cease. If the circumstance persists for more than two (2) months, both the client and Wilma & Louise have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.

Applicable law and disputes

In the first place, disputes should be resolved in agreement between the customer and Wilma & Louise. In order to give the consumer the freedom to resolve any dispute outside the traditional court, Wilma & Louise always adheres to the recommendations of the Swedish Consumer Agency. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms shall be in accordance with Swedish law and shall, if the client and Wilma & Louise can not resolve the dispute by mutual agreement, be decided by the Swedish Consumer Agency or at the latest by the General Court.

Changes to the Terms of Service

Wilma & Louise reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions on a continuous basis. Changes to these terms will be published on the website.

For each purchase, the terms that were published at the time of purchase are valid.
